Privacy policy
Transparent information about how CROBIZ processes personal data.

Data controller
The controller is CROBIZ, represented by Ivana Pisac. Send privacy enquiries to ivana.pisac@crobiz.info. Complete registration details and the registered address will be added before the public launch.
Data we process
- Enquiry information: name, email, phone, selected topic and message content.
- Technical information necessary to deliver the website securely, such as basic server logs.
- Usage information only when you explicitly allow analytics. Form contents and contact details are never sent to analytics.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and taking steps before entering a contract.
- Legitimate interests in website security, abuse prevention and ordinary business correspondence.
- Compliance with legal duties if a business relationship is established.
- Consent for optional analytics, which can be withdrawn through Cookie settings.
Contact form
Form content is validated over an encrypted connection and delivered to CROBIZ by email. It is not stored in the WordPress database.
Recipients and transfers
- Hosting and technical-support providers where necessary.
- Hosting and email providers when securely delivering and processing an enquiry.
- Trusted professionals only when necessary for your request and after you are informed.
- Google Analytics only after consent. Google may process information outside the EEA using appropriate safeguards.
- We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Ordinary enquiries are retained for no longer than 24 months after the latest communication unless a contract, legal duty or defence of claims requires longer storage. Your cookie choice remains in the browser until changed, the policy version changes or storage is cleared.
Your rights
- Access to your data and a copy.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure or restriction where the legal conditions apply.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Complaint to the competent supervisory authority, including the Czech ÚOOÚ (uoou.gov.cz) or Croatian AZOP (azop.hr), as applicable.
